There's no direct Dovahzul word for "blind", but you can use "miinne nis koraav" (eyes cannot see) alone or combine in some form with kras/krasnovaar (sick, disease). 

"blind from birth" - "Nis koraav nol kiin"

"Blinded by the truth" - "Nu nis koraav naal fin vahzen" (Now can't see by the truth"
