The available words in Dovahzul are maw (jot). You can also refer to teeth as "weapons of the mouth" (zunsejot, jot zun, jot-zun). If you're willing, there are other ways to convey tooth/fang/teeth are to describe their actions, such as vey (cut) and vaaz (tear).

In-game canon Dovahzul doesn't get any more specific than that.

Some examples:

"His fangs became red with blood" - "Ok jot meyz sahqo voth sos" (his maw became red with blood") or "Ok jot zunne..." (His maw weapons...)

"Ulfrik Blood-Fang killed his enemy." - "Ulfrik Sos-Jot kriiaan ok hokoron."
