what does liotveyen mean?

so, long story short i was wanting to do temporary tattoos and asked a friend what i should get and he responded with liotveyen, i asked what it meant and he wouldn't tell me, its been about a month or two now and he has forgotten what it meant. he said he hand translated it himself and i'm clueless how he did it, if you know what it means it would be really helpfull
