There are actually.

"Drem yol lok" is "greetings" and you can also say things like "pruzah grind" "well met" or "pruzah sul" "good day".

To add to Sonaak Kroinlah, "Drem Yol Lok" is a Dragon greeting to signal "I don't want to fight; let's just talk", but us humans just use it for "Hello".
