What exactly does a moderator do?

I was just wondering. Do they have responsibilities, privilages, anything like that?

What a Moderator does is basically what I refer to as 'second in command' sort of. I can review, edit or change, and delete word submissions, check the forums and make sure each thread is in the right place, check the thread to make sure no one is breaking the rules, and when someone is (after a warning), I revoke posting privelages, grant translation privelages and watch the Chat as well as the forums. I am also kinda 'in charge' when Paarthurnax goes on a trip or is absent. I can do most of what Paarthurnax does, but not all. If you have any more questions, let me know!
