navigation directions

ruheeva all, I was working on a larp project and wanted to use Dovah Tinvaak, but I've only been able to find two navigational directions, North being Brom, and East being Jer. For the questline I have outlined, I would like to use South and West as well but cant find any translations for these two. If anyone is able to help, it would be greatly appreiated.
