What would be the official way to say "Sky Above, Voice Within"

"What would be the official way to say "Sky Above, Voice Within" ?

I apologize if this seems like a beginner's question, but looking through the dictionary here, I noticed that there seems to be a few possible variations for how to put this phrase together. I would like to know what you guys would consider the official or proper way to say it in the dragon tongue.

There are two canonical ways to say it:

Lok bo, Thu'um tuum.

These are written on the banners found in High Hrothgar. The second way is more abbreviated:

Lok, Thu'um.

This is spoken by Paarthurnax.

dovah!Paarthurnax (as opposed to admin!paarthurnax) always uses "Lok, Thu'um." I take it that that's the canon way of saying it.
