Moderator?

I am new to this community, and noticed the two Moderators on the Members List.. What is a Moderator and what exactly is it that they do? Just out of curiosity.

A moderator is someone who has been picked by Paarthurnax as a person to hel out with the website. These are responsible for reviewing words when Paarthunax is off, or moderating the forums. 

They have much power on the website and are happy to answer any questions reguarding Thu'um.org.
