How do I translate the wordwall at Shearpoint?

This afternoon I had a try to translate the wordwall at Shearpoint(the throw vioce one), using the translator and the Dovahzul-English dictionary. However it seems like there are some words not found in the dictionary.

Here is my translation:

Modlr the far built stone

seymahii memory oskad

whose day are weak and

nl mighty shout balance his clan.

I'm not sure if I spelled all the words right, but in my eyes the letters looks like ones typed out using the dragon alphabet font.

Have anyone translated this wordwall? I'm really interested in this wordwall. Orz

Also, adding to the other post, they add suffix's to words in word walls, see if there is a suffix for possessive or tense on them. I also think UR/O look alike, if you don't know, guess, I have only transcribed 5 word walls and I know some of the words that they use already.

When a word is foreign to the dictionary, the first thing I do is try to replace some runes with ones that look similar - particularly if the word lacks vowels. For this text, you might try D/R, S/Z, and I/L, and see if you get more sensible words that way.

have you tried printing off a copy of the original dragon alphabet then comparing each rune to what it looks closest to.
