Like paarthurnax said, the literal translation is "spirit is my return," but lack of context does make it hard to make sense of it. Did you hear this during the fight against Miraak in Skyrim's Dragonborn DLC? If so, you probably just misheard his shout, "zii los dii du," which roughly translates to "your spirit is mine to devour."
