Does this make sense in Dovah?

Do fin lok. Does that make sense in Dovah? I am Learning the language of the memrise page and I am trying to make sentences and learn from the site and Im not sure if something like this would make sense. Or if it even being said correctly at all.

​It reads literally as "of/about the sky". If you alter it to contain a verb, it will likely become grammatical. Note that "fin" is a rare word and is usually cut.
