Translations for names can depend on their literal meaning(s) or definition(s). Such as "Nick" can mean a small cut, the name could translate to "Vey," "cut". Otherwise, you can transcribe the name phonetically.

The common template for a dragon name consists of two or three vocabulary words, three syllables in total. Some of these are

Alduin = Destroy-devour-master

Paarthurnax = Ambition-overlord-cruelty

Kruziikrel = Ancient-domination

Thus a human name can be translated by finding out its original meaning, and fitting that to three draconic syllables. For example:

David "beloved" = Frinsmoliin = Hot-passion

Robert "bright fame" = Viinkozin = Shine-in-honor

Nick "victory of the people" = Krongrahaav = Victory-united
