No one can modify Dovahzul for now. We want to master Bethesda's language before going further.

This means that the whole word submission system has been suspended, as outlined here. Thank you for drawing attention to the FAQ error. If you find other official site material about word submissions, please inform the administrator.

The FAQ is apparently out of date, however posting on the forums (not hearth) and answering questions will gain you more xp and by extension level. They will also give you gold, again, these rules DO NOT apply to the hearth which gives you nothing.
