Guidelines for Shouts

Are there specific guidelines for making shouts? If so, what?

December 31, 2016 		Three words, one syllable each.
Only nouns, verbs and adjectives allowed.
A Shout should not form a grammatical sentence.

For instance, consider a hypothetical Shout that shows cardinal directions as light in the air. A good form might be "Brom Miin Aak". A bad form might be "Aak Zu'u Brom Nu".
