Commercial Use

to first let me just say that while personally I'm not a fan of Skyrim though not for lack of any attempt but simply lack of interest, you guys have done a beautiful job with the respect for lire, translation in entirety, and a website that truly takes into accoun all of the different cultures and level of interest that surpasses the original Al-Bhed language site and I would love to interview you for my publishing company's blog.

That all aside and understanding the laws in regards to licensure, and while I understand that role play is different and commercial free in the sense of not making money, my rpg company is developing Fantasy languages and we have been doing all sorts of research on dragon language while keeping our own original lore.  Yours is the most accessible and easy to use and get and I was shown this by my creative director today whoset into elder scrolls and I was wondering if you guys would allow us to use this draconian language to use in our core rule book and supplements and we would be willing to not just affiliate but interview and pay you a percentage for the usage until a total fee has been generated;  please emIl me with a response about all three topics at [email protected] or please call me at 201-686-8845

Please note that Thuum.org claims no intellectual property over the dragon language, nor are we in a position to distribute licenses for commercial use thereof. The copyright holder is Bethesda Softworks, the studio that produced The Elder Scrolls.

Thank you for your interest!

As Frinmulaar has said, we do not own the language, so we do not have any legal rights to say if you can use it. Even our legacy vocabulary is based off of Bethesda's, so we cannot even offer you that.

As for interviews and help in creating your languages, that's a completely different story. But know it legality may be difficult considering a large number of members here are under 18.
