Just like with any other language, names do not have translations in the sense other words do. You have three common choices:

1) Leave the name as is. Viable when writing draconic in Latin letters.

2) Transcribe the name phonetically using native sound values of dragon runes. Close approximations include pIIta, pIItAH and pIItAAr depending on accent.

3) Construct a replacement name out of vocabulary words, like dragons and their priests do. Common choice for site usernames. 'Peter' stems from a Greek name meaning 'stone' and connotes the Christian religious figure. Golzkolaak 'stone-cliff-guide' is one possibility.

My pick:  Golahmul

Because the name Peter, other then stone or rock, also refers to a solid foundation or base, something unmoving or unwavering, and also meaning strength and stubbornness.  Golah means "stone-like stubbornness" which is the perfect word, mixed with Mul, which means strength.
