The Dovahzul Dictionary app

Is the app kept up to date with the info posted on this site? I'm a beginner in the dragon language, and often times, I have no access to internet, so I downloaded the app so that I could get translation help when I don't have a wifi connection. Also, if I use the app, will it assist me with constructing a grammatically correct translation, instead of just spitting out words when I type them? Any help would be appreciated.
