Writing a name in Runes?

Hiya.

If the translation I pulled from an old forum thread is correct, (The name 'Michael' means 'Who is like God', which would translate out as 'Wolosmedrah') then how would 'Wolosmedrah' be written/transcribed in runes?

Wolosmedrah would be written as

WOLOSMEDR4
.

However, note that it would be a bit unusual to "translate" a name this way. "Michael" would be best adapted into the dragon language as "MIKAEL"

MIKAEL
or "M2K1L" [M
K1L
.

Alternatively, you could make a dragon name based on the meaning of "Michael". Dragon names typically consist of three thematically related words (but not necessarily a complete sentence).

"Michael" in a phonetic (sound-based) conversion, which is the global default when conveying names in non-native scripts, is close to
M2KUL
. The runes transcribe as M, ei, K, U, L. Bethesda seems to have converted Nord names rune-for-letter, but this is now regarded as an oversight.
