Name: Vedbriinath

Race: Elder Dragon

Gender: Female

Ability/Weapons: Along with her gift of prophecy she is a master of alteration and restoration magic. She is a pacifist and avoids bloodshed as much as possible, but when her beloved lair is under attack she will not hesitate to use her knowledge of shouts and an enchanted blade she uses in her joor form.

Appearance: Dovah form: Sleek with black scales and a white diamond shape on her forehead symbolic of a third eye. Her eyes are also a stark white and she has a habit of crafting jewelry out of pretty things she finds in the ocean. She is taller and longer than most dragons but remains thinner than most as well; this makes for ideal swimming.

Joor form: Her mortal form is of a pale-skinned, abnormally tall woman with dark black hair and a black diamond shape on her brow typically wearing flowing black robes.

Hiatory: Vedbriinath, meaning black ocean despair, is a dragoness with a knack for prophecy. She hides away in her lair deep in an underwater cave in meditation forseeing the future in visions. Typically she will never share her divinations with the rest of the world; she feels that she would only taint the future she has predicted. Instead she writes every prophecy down on thin, bleached strips of pressed kelp and hangs them in her lair, creating a landscape of white tendrils depicting her wisdom.

Shouts: She knows aura whisper, become ethereal, cyclone, dismay, drain vitality, ice breath, throw voice, and unrelenting force.

Veyd Sahvoz was in the Void. Always dark, never a sound. No beginning, no end. Veyd had been there for so long, Overseeing everything. He was particularly looking at Mundus, seeing that there was yet again another war that had happened. He thought too himself 'Another meaningless war that will resolve nothing, they will never understand. If I did step in they would only see me as a threat since the Empire and Dominion along with most races see Dovah as evil beings that wish to kill them and rule over them, which I could see why...they will stop. . . eventually.' But suddenly Veyd saw the Daedra start too invade and he stopped, 'WHAT!?' he immedialtely opened a portal into Mundus as he saw the realm rips from the daedric planes "Curse you Daedra!" he muttured, as he swooped down and picked 3 dremora, biting of theres heads and burning there bodies as he threw them at a group of Daedric creatures.

"Ful nii gon."

A long, slender dragoness sat alone in a dimly-lit cave, the only light being the glow of luminescent gemstones that littered the ground and the ceiling of her stone sanctuary. The gems ebbed and flowed in different hues of blue and green, casting an oceanic light upon the walls of the cave. The air was warm and thick with the aroma of sealife and herbs while the entire cavern hummed in a low, harmonious sound that made one instantly fall into a sleepy trance if they were not focused. Vedbriinath was seated in front of the entrance to a smaller cave, one filled with a forest of white parchment tendrils, each inscribed with dovahzul runes in black ink.

A worried look flashed across the dragons face as she dotted her final rune and cast it away with a spell to hang itself from the ceiling of the cavern. As it floated away she read it over one last time; "Faal Lahvriiluz tumbo, voknau Deyra eylok... The Overseer descends upon the Daedra kind." She gave a sigh as the prophecy left her sight and she shut her eyes, her black scales shimmering in the carribean blue light.

She had to stop this war and return peace. She could see it in her minds eye; millions of lives being taken across the races! It hurt her heart. She pursed her lips, then gave another sigh. She knew what she had to do; she had to contact the Overseer. Her latest prophecy fortold him descending upon the war meaning that it was probably too late to convince him to help her find a peaceful end to the madness. Even still... She dived down into a circular pool of water at the narrowest point of her cave and swam up to the surface, her claws sinking into the beach sands of Tamriel. She had to call him and hopefully he wouldn't think of her call as an invitation to battle.

"Veydsahvos!" She shouted, her Thu'um shaking the earth as she kept her ivory white eyes cast to the skies.

Veyd could here the call 'Vedbriinath?! I am in the southeast of cyrodil near black marsh. Please do hurry' Veyd continued to breath Black Fire onto the dremora and larger deadra along with picking them up and throwing them.

The imperials started too fire arrows, tipped with blue and red flame, at Veyd as they shouted at him thinking he was there to kill them "Your not killing any of us dragon, your not going anywhere you worhtless lizard!" yelled a few of the imperials. The elves even shot bound arrows at him, along with all of them firing some cannon fire at him. "Fools! If I wanted you dead I wouldn't be helping you now would I?!"

'I will fly swift, Lahvriiluz. Kos tahriik.'

Vedbriinath looked up into the sky, an expression of distase across her maw. She absolutely hated having to leave her precious underwater cavern but the state of the world was dire enough to finally coax her out. She took a breath to ease her nerves before raising her wings, her black scales glittering like precious onyx in the sunlight. She climbed into the air higher and higher, feeling the wind through her wings for the first time in much too long.

She then flew as fast as her wings could carry her to the southeast area of Cyrodil, her eyes scanning the blackened landscape with sorrow in her diamond-white eyes. Perhaps it was naivety, perhaps it was ignorance, but she flew over the battleground without a thought. This lead to shouts and arrows being shot her way, causing her to roar and ebb her flight patterns to escape the poisoned darts. Though she was lithe in her flying she still received an arrow to the thigh, making her wince and repress murderous thoughts; she had to get to the Overseer without causing too much havoc.

Before too long she flew around the Overseer, trying to evade arrow fire as much as she could. "Madness! Vorohah! Lavriiluz, we must seek shelter before these joor kill us. I have seen what will happen if we let this continue- Blood! Yol! Dinok!" She spoke frantically, desperation dripping from her voice as she circled around him. "We must- ah, Joor mey- stop that! Lay down your bows to us! ... To me, at least!- We must stop this war, dii Lahvriiluz!"
