"So," called Kleiro, "What else do you have to present?"

Sauriil spoke up, 'You will have the full force of the Orsimer on your side. That is a powerful ally. The Daggerfall Covenant has broken. Now you have a choice. Give some land, and have strong, honourable allies. Or keep your land, and deal with threats alone, and possibly at a higher cost.'

"I can have a large group of blacksmiths forge Orchalium weapons." 

The Redguard King finally spoke, 'I have made up my mind. Now the Council must make theirs'. '

"What is your decision, king?"

'Wait for the others.' The king stayed seated, waiting for the Council to speak.

"I need my answer, king." Makor was getting impatient.

Kleiro whispered to the king, "Are you sure about this?"

After a long meeting the Coucil says "Half of Hammerfell belongs to the Orcs, in return they must give a quarter of Orachalcum they find." 

"Thank you, king." Makor walks out with a smile on his face and gathers all the people "Our Empire is expanded, all hail Malacath!" everyone repeated "all hail Malacath".

The Redguard King walks to Makor. 'The Breton King is preparing for war.'
